How does the Emotive Customer Referral Program work?

Each Emotive customer will be provided with a unique link that they can share with friends/colleagues who are interested in learning more about Emotive. When a new brand fills out the form, they will have the opportunity to schedule a product demonstration with the Emotive sales team.

What are the rewards for referring another eCommerce store?

For every qualified brand (10,000 website sessions per month) that is referred to Emotive through your unique link, you will receive a $100 Visa gift card after the product demonstration is completed. If the referred brand signs up with Emotive, you will receive your choice of:

  • An Apple Watch SE (40mm) - $279 Value
  • Apple AirPods Pro - $249 Value
  • A Visa gift card for $300

Where can I find my unique referral link?

Your unique referral link will be shared with you by a member of the Emotive Sales or Customer Success teams.

How will Emotive know to issue my reward if a brand I refer signs up?

The unique link provided to you by a member of the Emotive team will allow us to attribute the referral back to your email address. We will contact you over email with any questions and to issue your reward.

Who is eligible to submit referrals through the Emotive Referral Rewards Program?

Any employee of a brand that is a current Emotive customer can submit a referral, provided they are not an employee or family member of the referred company. (For instance, Sam Smith, an employee at ABC Store, cannot refer Joe Smith, also an employee at ABC Store, and receive Referral Rewards). Referrals must be submitted through the form on the dedicated page shared with you to be eligible for credit.

How many referrals can I send to Emotive?

Keep sending in new referrals! There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. *Referrals must be from separate eCommerce brands to qualify for separate rewards.

How can I check the status of a referral?

You can email your customer success manager for more information on the status of your referral.

How long do I have to wait for my Emotive rewards?

The $100 Visa gift card will be issued within 5 business days of the qualified demonstration being completed with the referred brand.

The Apple Watch, Airpods Pro or $300 gift card will be issued within 5 business days after the referred brand signs up with Emotive and completes their free trial.

What if my referral is already in contact with the Emotive sales team?

Qualifying referrals must be an introduction to an account that is not actively engaged with the Emotive sales team.

Does the Emotive Customer Referral program apply to agencies/partners?

No, the Emotive Customer Referral program does not apply to agencies/partners. Please review our Partner Program for more information.

Do I need to know the person I am referring to Emotive?

While it’s not a requirement, we highly recommend you only share your unique referral link with employees of other eCommerce brands whom you know.

Will Emotive always issue the same rewards for Customer Referrals?

No, terms and rewards are subject to change at any time.
